Refund Policy

Returns

If you purchase an incorrect size garment or receive faulty goods we have our returns and refund policy.

Our policy is 21 days from date of purchase. After 21 days unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

 

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase or order number. 

 

All return requests to be sent back to webshop@dynamitebaits.com only. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if this has been approved or rejected.

If your return/refund is approved, then this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5-7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company/bank or PayPal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or you have received an incorrect size garment.  If you need to exchange an item for a replacement, in the first instance please contact us at webshop@dynamitebaits.com

 

Shipping

If you have been given approval to return a defect/faulty item we will supply you with a returns number.

When advised please send your item in the original condition received including tags (where applicable) to: The Development Centre, Fosseway, Cotgrave, Nottingham, UK, NG12 3HG.

Failure to include this returns number means we will not be able to process your return/refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will cover the postage costs of resending replacements out to you if it is our fault.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you in the post will vary but we will process as quickly as possible.

 

If you are shipping any returns to us over £50, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
